Long response times, CSOS10354GP23

I need urgent attention to my case, there is a leaked cause from the owner above who refuse to fix it. It has caused a mold outbreak in my flat and cracks in the ceiling are spreading every day. I logged my dispute back in December and was told the turn around is 90 days but I'm around past the 120 day mark.

I'm afraid the roof might collapse on me when I'm sleeping or working and has to put alot of money and my own labour in managing the ever spreading mold.

Please can someone from CSOS really escalate the case as I believe you could save a life with quicker response times.
