Is CSOS full of people who do not care an inch about Bathopele? Where are people who can help us?

I app**** for CSOS's intervention after an unfair treatment of the Body Corporate of San Torini. Concialiation was held on the 25 Oct 2018 and no consensus was met between myself and our Body Corporate. In December, I sent an email to a Conciliator enquiring of the way forward as quoted “I was hoping that we were going to get a date for a hearing and a final decision. I have been waiting since then. Please advise if I am waiting for nothing or after how long will we be able to receive a way forward.” He responded that he will get back to me. But “Nothing happened”. On the 15/01/2019 I receive notice from CSOS stating that they invited me on the 12th/11/2018 and the Adjudication was held on 12 Dec 2018. Yet, I never received an invitation from them. They insist that they sent it to my email address, I checked all over for the so said email and it’s not even available on the Trash folder. Who are we fulling here? Where is the Pride of such an organisations and people working for it? Was CSOS not purely to serve this country of the injustices that we are facing? Are they condoning injustice? This must be taken up to the highest authorities of this country, people in POWER. People who are ****** who make us Blacks look to *********** in high positions. It is said that the justice system is for the ones with money because they can buy anything. Is that the true case? Must we post to Hellopeter in order to be served right?
