Hopeless CSOS
I have lodged a complain about a "dormant" house owner association, first in Afrikaans and then in English, with CSOS on 1/11/2024 and till to date had not even had an acknowledgement of receipt there-off from them. They are just as hopeless as the rest of the civil service
