CSOS – Extremely Disappointing Service
I am extremely disappointed with CSOS. I sent an email on 23 July 2026 regarding my HOA dispute and, after following up, I was instructed to register the matter through the CSOS online portal. I submitted all the required documentation, but to date I have received no meaningful response, reference number, or update.
The online portal is frequently offline and extremely difficult to use. After contacting the CSOS office for assistance, I was referred to Musa from Technical Support, but his phone simply keeps ringing with no answer.
I have made every effort to follow the correct process, yet I am still left without assistance or any indication of what is happening with my dispute.
This level of service is unacceptable and extremely frustrating. How long must one wait for basic assistance and communication from CSOS? 👎👎👎
