Failure of CSOS to prevent defamation in a complaint

I would share my experience with CSOS i experienced.I submitted a case in October 2019 and heard nothing form CSOS. After posting on twitter i heard from them in February 2020 one page short.My case say on 07 July 2020,through MS teams. I was applicant against Board of trustees(BoT), for not managing a bin issue ,against my neighbours. In short :- >I was alone as applicant,CSOS ,invited 2 BoT members,managing agent ,the owner of the complex unit with bin issue. >There was character ********ation,defamation and Crimean Injuria made against me by owner (a white 60 year old male)of the bin and all allowed it.(see list below):- *Was told by owner of bin-(1) i have a People problem,(2)His wife was told by my wife ,"that i dont like women(3) i called my wife a stupid Indian women. >The mediator an advocate allowed the meeting to go through with me becoming the victim. >I was made to remove my bin from inside my doorstep(which is my property)yet the CSOS mediator admitted she does not understand photos(not clear)no proper preparation for case. >It is now intolerable to live in this complex,when majority are white people and me and my family after the allegations.I feel it especially unfair for my kids aged 7 and 11 years old. >a Silent Racial War has started in this complex because of the failure of the BoT and CSOS. Very Disappointed.
