Failed Another South African

I made an application with CSOS (1009/20) against the trustees at my body corporate. My family and I were harassed by members of the trustees and their families. I turned to CSOS to assist with the abuse of power and racial ************** but judgment dismissed the case due to allegations not falling within the ambit of CSOS. The chairman's wife forced her way into my unit and had to be pushed away from the security company (Security report was submitted). Yet CSOS chose not to mention that or even request the chairman and his wife to apologize. The judgement even stated that the respondent made no meaningful contribution. It is painful to see the trust placed in CSOS to do the right thing has led to more abuse from former trustees.
