Extremely bad service from CSOS, are they even legit???? REF: CSOS-529/WC/19

I submitted a complaint to CSOS against my HOA on 17/10/19. Till this day (03/02/20) I have not even heard any form of feedback regarding my complaint. Whats the point of paying CSOS on a monthly basis with the hope of having issues like these resolved through them, but they do absolutely NOTHING!! On top of that when you submit a complaint you must pay an additional R50 in order for them to review your complaint. I feel like i'm being cheated in some way.
