Disappointed

I always see the good and believe the good in others and institutions. Yet another one has let me down, im not here to name and shame people but disappointed in the workings of an institution that is suppose to help. After 5 months CSOS gave an adjudication on my file and to my shock it looks like no one even opened the file after conciliation meeting and final investigation requests and everything required was done. Information and parties involved are listed incorrectly or not even listed. Week after week one has to follow up as it was suppose to take "90 days" but took almost 5 months and still now that it is incorrect no one takes a call and just get email response that its noted. I respect the law and the people that serve it, we pay our contributions and at the end get failed. What is a person to do?
