Did CSOS close down?

Is this organisation still in existence? I approached them with two complaints last year and all hey were interested in was R100 and then to"close the file". They told me hat i can get my money back, but made it as diddificult as possble as they wanted me to fill in all sort of forms. If they are stll operating, do they still use "Service" behind their name?
