We are still in the process of a CSOS application and I really want to compliment this forum. I have dealt with SIBONISO MNIKathi in Kzn and I cannot compliment him enough. This morning he even took my whatsapp call, even if it was after hours, to assist me with a question. Thank you so much CSOS. I really want to compliment good service when I experience it. Overall, response time is excellent from everyone, the call centre is good, seriously, and regardless of whether an outcome matches our expectation, we do need to compliment when people do their work well! Thanks once more.
