CSOS pathetic handling of complaints

I approachd the Community Schemes Ombud Service (CSOS) with two complaints against my body corporate. I have now rceivd an email from someone who signs his mail as Mr Putu nogal "closing the file". I asked him which of the complaaints he was referring to, but he ignored th question and arrogantly rpsondd that he sent me two mails "which I ignored".

Ask your Tumelo Putu. Why must I do his work. He tried to close my files as it seems that he is eithr too lazy or to *********** to do the work. He was supposd to consult with his suprvisor weeks ago, but he never came back to me. Tumelo Putu
