CSOS Non Performant
I wrote a format complaint to CSOS and summited it on the 3rd of January 2022. They acknowledged receipt on the 18th of the same month. On the 3rd of April they requested for submissions, on the 14th I was notified that an Adjudicator was assigned to my complaint.
On the 16th of this month, I wrote to CSOS expressing my displeasure at the pace of things and the way things are communicated. Today it's the 29th of August. There is been no movement on my complaint, at all.
I am extremely disappointed at the way this case is being handled, this is the second time I have reached out to CSOS over the years, this is the kind of performance I have grown accustomed to.
Beware fellow citizen, if you live in a sectional title, you are on your own, at the mercy of trustees and managing agents.

07 Sept 2022, 13:16The case was responded to and closed today and summarily dismissed, I personally feel that CSOS is not helpful and that I should have never engaged this process in the first place.
