CSOS no response!!! can matters be escalated to anyone else?
It is absolutely disappointing that we get no response from CSOS after highlighting the importance of the matters on hand the branch at Durban fails to provide us with any acknowledgement or feedback. After numerous emails and calls we get nothing. Its sad because of lack of communication and urgency people have to suffer. Cases of high importance which requires immediate intervention is given no priority. Is there anyone else that we can escalate these urgent matters to?

This case is relating to ex chairperson refusing to comply and causing chaos and hinderance and refusing to comply with requests to move forward with progress of the lot 3473.The case is awaiting abbitration date and ever since conciliation we have informed Mr Doorasamy and Mrs Pearl Mthethwa of all incidents that he has been causing till date.
We trustees requests that those mails sent should be attached to the abbitration case file for adjudicator to view,also we require a direct email address so we can verify all information that we sent through to the above so we can resend just to ensure these are acknowledged by adjudicator before the case.The reason for us bringing all incidents to adjudicators attention before abbitration is because the previous chair person and wife are intermidating and
threatening unit holders it has sadly come to this point.All supporting documents sent through can verify these statements.
We will be awaiting the email address whereby we can forward all supporting documents for adjudicator to view before arbitration.
