CSOS- no ombudsman

The most ********* institution... I see many people here complaining about the poor service and injustice of their procedures. Just a heads up- they can be reported to the Department of Human Settlements. Perhaps if more of us went that route, CSOS and all its underhanded employees would be made accountable for their lack of integrity, poor service and ********* conduct.
