CSOS is in chaos!
I am an owner in Sectional Title Retirement Estate and have to pay a monthly membership fee by law CSOS. They are therefore supposed to be there to support their members when cases arise between home owners and managing agents. In my case, I had to respond to them about a matter in which they only gave me 4 days notice but I only got a read report 3 months later. They didn't respond to any of my queries. They appear to be in chaos, not being of much service to their members but still take our membership fees.
