CSOS is completely bias!!!!!!!!
Ref no 443039, CSOS is NOT there for the owners, they protect the managing agent and the trustees. Submitted a despute where a owner in our complex have been breaking our complex conduct rules for months and the trustees and managing agent does nothing. Really a straight forward despute.
