CSOS is bais in handling disputes during conciliation

I would like to write a review about the CSOS conciliation process, particularly the conduct of the Conciliator, Mongezi Vellem. On 13 October 2022 we sat for the conciliation process with the body corporate from my complex, the CSOS conciliator, Mongezi Vellem and myself. The issue was regarding my complaint against the body corporate of my complex for implementing the process linking the electricity accounts (prepaid) to the levy account to recover the levy arrears. I am utterly dissatisfied in the manner Mongezi Vellem influenced the direction of this process: 1. Mongezi pointed out during the conciliation that the process of linking the electricity accounts (prepaid) to the levy account to recover the levy arrears by the body corporate of my complex is legal, according to CSOS act. 2. Mongezi asked me if I do not want to consider withdrawing my matter thereof. I told him that I would like to proceed to the next stage, which is the adjudication process. 3. Mongezi then stated that by escalating this matter for the adjudication process, I will be running a risk because the adjudicator is going to dismiss my case. Based on Mongezi’s statement, I am reluctant to trust that he will escalate this matter for the adjudication process. In this case, Mongezi provided me with a predetermined outcome of the adjudicator, which I am not sure if this is an ethical procedural.

Mongezi's suggestion to have me withdraw the matter before adjudication has left me appalled. On what grounds does a conciliator suggests that? is he in a position to predetermine the outcome of the adjudicator? He saw that there was no resolution between the parties but what he suggests was for me to withdraw the matter. is this how CSOS operates?
