CSOS final order based on wrong information despite all the evidence provided and not all information was considered.

CSOS After 2 cases being lodged and both being closed .1st case The estate agent was the applicant ,they were request to respond after i submited my responce but the did not and case was close.2nd case i lodged a complaint the estate agent was requested to respond they did not case was closed again, The 3rd time the estate agent lodged a case and we failed to reach a settlement ,it was taken for adjudication .The adjudicator did not consider all facts presented by the owner .An issue that has been happening since 2015 till today has been watered down to an issue between 2024 and 2025 which is not true .The order is based on incorrect information.All the evidence is there how can this be right?So now neither the ombud nor the adjudicator can take the matter any further SHAME WHAT CAN YOU ACHIVE THEN !?
