CSOS Durban Central

I submitted a serious matter to the CSOS group 25 April 2024. Ref number I do have. I have not received any feedback to my matter. Which has escalated to an even more harmful level. Harmful to me, a single working female and a mom to a minor female child. I have emailed my case as well as evidence to the dispute manager and others within the CSOS management group. No response weeks later. I managed to take a day off to go through to their offices yesterday. I was informed the management that I emailed were not available. The lady that was assisted to my case in April in on leave. So, another case worker is to handle my matter. This was weeks ago. I do have names and email addresses of all these above-mentioned staff at CSOS. I did speak to a young gentleman yesterday who heard my case out but his not able to assist me as I have to wait for my case worker to contract me. What I do find very strange is that the person I logged a serious issue against. They went and logged a false matter against me not even a week difference in timeframe. This person on CSOS documents made up a bunch of lies even got other people to write false statement against me. But their matter was addressed. This person admitted on numerous occasions within the CSOS meeting its recorded. That their application against me was all made up (a lie). They have been slandering my name and reputation. A case of harassment is filed and underway at court. An injustice is being done to me daily as a female and an even greater injustice is being done to my minor daughter. The system is failing to hear and take the truthful cases serious.
