CSOS -> Dont waste your time. They cant even get sectional title rules right (which is basic)
Dear CSOS, what a waste of time. 8 months old case, and you couldnt even investigate, get facts and make a judgement that a duct (which is exclusive use / common property) belongs to the BC and not the owner. What an disappointment!
If you need to make a judgement it looks like someone got a case at 3:30pm and rushed it off before 4pm making no judgement (to go have weekend).
