CSOS doesn't care about you

What an utterly futile exercise to get anything done through the CSOS. Don't even bother! I guess this is what you can expect from a government institution: No care attitude, taking their time, no communication unless contacted first, amateurish communication when received, no guidance given etc.

I submitted my application May 28 2018. Since then I have been mailing them to make sure that my case has not been stuffed in a drawer somewhere and forgotten because they sure as hell aren't talking to me. When I app**** they were very quick to demand payment and to threaten me that they will cancel my application if i did not pay immediately.

I was quite clear on how dire and serious my case is. A 84 old lady was assaulted by tenants and we got nothing from the owner of the flat. Then there was vandalism of our security system. Still no action taken by the owner of the flat. They broke almost every rule and the owner was snubbing us all the way by refusing to remove his tenants.

Yet the CSOS was silent as the grave. Seriously. I will forward our correspondence to anyone so you can see their level of incompetence.

Meanwhile people are selling their flats in the complex for next to nothing because the place is going down the drain. Its like rats fleeing a sinking ship. The value of my property has fallen so steeply that it looks like a joke on paper.

Thanks CSOS for being part of the reason my property is almost worth nothing now. If I could hold you liable I would but you have wasted enough of my time and money.
