CSOS does not walks the talk

I live in a Sectional Title complex in Umhlanga Rocks, KZN. I had two issues that the Body Corporate were unable to resolve and approached CSOS for assistance. in June two separate cases were initiated with the KZN office 574 & 577. Eventually on 2 October 2017 the cases were set for adjudication with an order to be made within 14 days. Three months later there is still no response. There is a huge turnover of staff.
