CSOS dis-service

I lodged a case against our BOD of the HOA. It took a very long time for the adjudicator to communicate. The adjudicator refused a physical hearing to take place due to covid (even though I suggested a different media, like zoom). He also refused me more time for me to hand in all the evidence I have. Both incidents are AGAINST their own investigation procedures. You can figure out yourself why this happened. As a result, I lost the case, got removed as a director, my name has been tarnished and I've got no recourse, except for going to the high court which would cost R100K or thereabout !!! Justice??? Far from, they are not a 'service' organisation but a 'disservice'.
