CSOS - Another Slumlord Trustee Initiative
It is quite a shame when owners are paying monthly fees to CSOS when we do not get support when filing complaints. In fact, as others have stated, CSOS mostly gives voice and choice to the Trustees and others who do not own property in the building, nor do the Trustees and the slumlord property agents, and the estate agents pay any sort of fees. Many of us file complaint after complaint, only to encounter that our efforts have been stifled by the slumlords.
