I lodged a case against our BOD with CSOS. I was requested if I have any further information to submit to my case. I told the adjudicator I have probably over 100 pages of evidence but to put it in a format which is readable by a 3rd party, I need more time. I was denied more time. No physical hearing took place 'due to COVID'. Other business have to continue about their daily routines in order to survive and tale precautions. Being a government organisation, they can simply say 'no meetings!!!'. I reported this to the case manager, but was told 'it's out of her hands'. They made an adjudication order WITHOUT giving the case due diligence and refused the evidence !!! Totally unacceptible. They receive probably about R140million in their coffers, for what? Why should we pay. They've actually done a disservice as their ruling can only be contested in a high court. I'm appalled.
