CSOS another failed and costly Parastatal !?

Today ONLY I received an answer from Mr. William Payne (WC-CSOS) with one of the mentions "You are required to lodge your appeal within 30 days from delivery of the order.", we did on 15 November 2022, delivery was 18 October 2022. SHOCKING IF ONE HAS TO WAIT 2 MONTHS TO GET SOME HONEST ATTENTION! I followed the steps for an appeal process, regarding our manipulated parking issue. As discussed over the phone by CSOS Mr. W. Payne the following entities were contacted (and more): i.e. Complaints Manager + DisputeComplaints + WC-complaints + GP-complaints (with escalating request for head office to investigate) CSOS states "we can assure and still maintain that we're committed to resolving matters within community schemes fairly to promote harmonious living within communities."... I could cry if I read such as we are dealing with a truly vindictive and manipulative chairman. TODAY I DECIDED TO APPROACH HELLO PETER TO ALSO EXPOSE CSOS's SHORTCOMINGS, BLINDLY BELIEVING THE DISTORTED TRUTHS OF A CHAIRPERSON IN OUR CASE. We have proof of similar cases in the complex. Is it OK for 2 other cases to be overlooked but we are vindicated. Sadly ongoing instances of abuse of power AND position are overlooked and ignored. Our right to present one’s case and all written submissions to the CSOS is also linked to the rights mentioned in section 35 of the Constitution. Perhaps it is another case where we should claim "PAY BACK THE (contributions) MONEY"
