Hi Mfundo,

We note your dissatisfaction with the adjudication order we issued , however we can confirm that the matter was determined based on its merits and the submissions made by the parties. CSOS is a forum of first instance and can therefore not review its own orders.

Your rights of redress lies in approaching the High Court on appeal, on a question of law with the assistance of your legal representative.

Kind regards,

On email the Senior Complaints Manager admitted they cannot find the submissions by one of the respondents cited by the adjudicator. This email was forwarded by the adjudicator. Check your emails. I wish I can screenshot and post it here.

Middle income South Africans cannot afford the high court legal representation. That's why adjudicators must not misinterpret evidence or lie. Unfortunately this adjudicator went on to say I submitted a document I got from the respondents. If you right click the document and check "properties" you will see I created that document. It's an unofficial document. It's too much for this adjudicator to admit that they errerd on their interpretation.
