CSOS

My levies was in arrears beginning of this year. The body corporate filed a notice with CSOS. We had a meeting, the body corporate, myself and Csos to resolve. A settlement agreement was reached and signed. I have made monthly payments as agreed to in agreement. The body corporate is disputing my payments and wants to take legal action. I included CSOS councillor in the mail's and after called and asked for advise. CSOS coiluncillor advised that he can't get involved. I don't understand as he managed the case. Am I wrong to have asked him advise?
