Complete and utter disregard for clients

This organisation is completely ***********. We have been trying for 6 months for approval rules for our complex with no response. They do not answer phones or emails no matter how many times we've tried. We are now unable to run and efficient body corporate due to legislation putting this useless bunch in charge of approval or complex rules.
