Sincere Thanks goes once more to this amazing service. I spoke to Nadine Bernardo (investigating officer) concerning an order that never quite went my way, CSOS 8012 (as delictual claims go beyond the jurisdiction of CSOS). In any event, I wish to compliment Nadine for her kind attention and how she explained the process going forward via the High Court to me. I wish to thank conciliator Sizamkele Jilalj, , Siboniso Mnikathi , adjudicator Malusi and many others for all their patience and efforts during all my matters against my Body Corporate. Remember that once this process is complete, then an applicant may approach High Court to ventilate matters beyond the powers of CSOS. All in all CSOS conciliate and issue orders only for matters covered under the STSMA, and we cannot be upset if our matters go unresolved via this process. All in all, CSOS comprises a team of qualified, capable and professional individuals who will actually give you time of day. I sometimes wonder where they find the patience to deal with all these matters on a daily basis. Thanks once more CSOS!:)
