For those under the impression that CSOS ( which we are forced to contribute to ) will solve a dispute, good luck. The communication is totally nonexistent. The effort made to solve a problem also nonexistent. The office of Advocate Rikabe never informed me of my conciliation meeting. So their response - close the case. I have to apply all over again. It took 4 months the first time around. So all they have to do to get rid of you is claim that they send you a mail. No further communication. No phone call. No follow up mail. Just an assumption that you have received it. Nobody contacts you to ask if the time for the meeting suits you. Nothing. How convenient and easy to get rid of an applicant. So that 40 rand you contribute every month goes absolutely nowhere. Well done CSOS.!
