Biased!

This scheme is very biased, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!! First, they mixed up my case with someone's, I got a report that had absolutely nothing to do with my case and subsequently closed my case. After bringing it to their attention they reopened the case and the verdict was very biased...**********!
