As for now, only CSO

Several months ago, I lodged two complaints with CSO. Since then I cannot complain about the service I got from CSO as there was no service. My first complaint about the Body Corporate, was responded to with an amateurish document advising CSOS what to ask me! I responded, but since then I have not received any of the Body Corporate's responses from CSO. As a matter of fact, CSO only responded after I posted on Hellopeter. I was advised by someone who signed his mail as "Mr Putu" that "the file of Johannes Wessel Oosthuizen"" was closed. I didn't complain and paid R50 under that name. My request as which file was closed, was ignored until this day, I am waiting for an answer. Though CSO responds after Hellopeter posts, it is clear to me that CSO would like to make things as difficult as possible to continue. So what is the use of CSO and why still "Service" behind their name? I have now dropped the "Service" after their name and told CSO that I want my money back.
