A TOALLY DYSFUNCTION CSOS OMBUDSMAN AND SYSTEM

This OMBUDSMAN DOES NOT function correctly at all. I’ve been pushed from pillar to post. My initial serious complaint (CSOS13565/WC/25) was submitted in Oct 2025 and went for adjudication and was dismissed on technical errors (made by Felix who never read any annexures or did not do his job properly). I then resubmitted the case and was forced to use CSOS CONNECT. This system does not work at all and it’s not user friendly. It’s incredibly frustrating! This new case *** has bounced to everyone again since April. One minute it’s up for adjudication. The HOA has consistently ignored requests to engage and when they did it was a joke. Then the case went back to a case manager then the HOA did not respond again and again it went to adjudication. Then after the required date that the HOA had to respond, CSOS allowed them to do so. Then I needed to respond to the shocking response again with the HOA. The case is now with conciliation but I’m concerned they only recognizing some disputes and ignoring the important dispute of the HOA using its funds *******ly. This organization is very dysfunctional even at high levels. It’s concerning and very upsetting. It’s very unacceptable. There is NO way to even escalate a dispute or reason with anyone. My health has suffered dramatically because of what they have put me through. How can this be ok? There is NO human connection with this organization!

Good day Tracey  V,

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint.

Please note that there was a technical error on the system which incorrectly reflected that the matter had been referred for adjudication. The matter should have been allocated for conciliation and the records have since been corrected accordingly.

Ms Agnes has been assigned to your matter and has already discussed this with you. We kindly request that you allow the conciliation process to proceed in line with the prescribed procedures.

Thank you for your understanding.

Regards,
The CSOS
