It is my opinion that CSOS is useless and should be shut down. It is extracting money from house owners and delivering no value. It has no legal power and only can only recommend solutions, which can include legal action through the court system. If you use their website messaging system, they never respond to your messages. My personal experience is that: They do not answer their phones so you cannot book an appointment with a staff member; on visiting their offices they will not either call a staff member for you or allow to speak to one; They will not allow you to leave reports/documentation for the attention for a staff member; They will not give you a staff members email address so that you can send the relevant document to him/her; They will not book to book an appointment for you and will even lie to you and tell you the particular staff member is out of the office.

I have logged a complaint against my HOA in Thu 28 Aug, to which the account manager responded to the HOA regarding the complaint on 2 September. To date the account manager has not provided me with feedback at all. The HOA was given a deadline of 9 October, after which everything went silent. I was then told by one of customer service people to "Given high volume of matters they are working on first come bases. Please wait for your turn." As an organization that is supposed to be advocating for us, you do not seem to care at all.
