Unprofessional

Good day

I'm very disappointed in the service I received from CSO.I spoke to your administration manager melandi Botes about my Alexander Forbes documents that has not yet been send to them.Apparently it was submitted on the 28th of February.She asked my ID number and said she would get back to me.later a consultant contacted me and told me it's was submitted on the 29th of Feb. When I told him that they have not received any documents and requested the claims form Ref number or the email address it was send to,I was told he will get back to me which never happened.It have been 5 weeks since I've signed my Alexander Forbes documents still Alexander Forbes have not yet received my documents.

This is very unprofessional from CSO part.
