Provident fund

I am not happy about the assistance that I am getting as the agent obakeng keeps promising to call or send me emails to keep me updated on my claim however I need to follow up and send emails all the time and then not get a response for days my provident fund payout had to be done already but I am still waiting after I was told 4 weeks very bad service received this far.
