Provident fund

I have been trying to claim my Provident fund from sent through all the relevant documents a while back and also sent numerous emails to confirm if my claim is being processed but no responds from all the emails I have sent I am not happy cause at first I was being assisted but now that all documents has been sent through no one seems to respond to my emails.
