1 day klutz

When a man meets humility, kindness and superlative service when he needs it most – it’s overwhelming. Here’s my Story – I call it 1 day klutz I declared myself a temporary or 1 day klutz - yesterday (2 Oct’19) by locking my BMW keys in the boot around 3.30pm. I usually stow all the valuables in the boot. Muscle memory failure. The odds were stacking up – primary concern - it’s almost time for people to start leaving the office, homeward bound. Typical Crisis Symptoms – Panic. Self -diagnosis – phone a friend. - Coen Stickling, My broker Healing period – less than 90 minutes Here’s the Klutz screenplay I called Coen – he answered with Hello Glenn. I said ‘ Coen , I only call when I am in trouble Coen laughed – warm and throaty, comforting and energetic. I explained the symptoms. Coen probably did a mental diagnosis and concluded with - leave it with me. The humility ignited by Coen, the empathy, concern followed with CSM’s representative – Angelique who managed the whole healing process. Angelique logged the claim, informed the service provider - National Locksmiths. They called me advising a locksmith was assigned and deployed. Throughout this progressive healing process, I was called and advised on progress. When Angelique left the office, she provided me with her after office hours details to use if there were any delays or issues. The locksmith (name withheld) called me providing an estimated time of arrival. Sure as clockwork – he arrived. This is what is required to dissipate panic and helplessness. The locksmith went into action – trying and eliminating options and voila – my key was in my hands again.

I am overwhelmed at the sterling service and management of my mishap from start to resolution.
