We have moved our Insurance to CSM in last year, thinking that we will support a local company where the owner is a Priest in our church. What a mistake that was. Our household, and 3 Vehicles are under short term insurance with them.

My husbands vehicle got ****** in June and got recovered 3 hours later only had minor repairs on it (cut seats and fittings etc.) they approved the quotes from the panel beaters and continued authorizing repairs for 10 weeks they were in communication saying that its the panel beaters that's taking long so eventually today we demanded to get our vehicle back as its taking to long after quering with the panel beaters they say that the insurance refuses to pay them so they cant release the car. CSM then continue to ''cancel'' the insurance today so that they wont need to pay the claim.

So now our vehicle has already been repaired as per their instruction and now they wont pay for the repairs.

I have never in my life needed to deal with such caliber clowns until now.

Don't make the mistake to get them as your insurance broker!
