They will convince these potential participant to sign on and even pay for the course fee. They even go ahead to convince foreign participants into SA.

The moment you pay the money and travel into South Africa, they will go into hiding and will refuse to pick your calls and cut all communication with you completely. even if the answer your calls, they will give you several excuses, pretend to have travelled to another city, refuse to meet you even though they are just hiding Johannesburg.
