Disappointed and betrayed.....

Be VERY CAREFUL when doing business with their sales agents. We bought a house through Quintin Mynhard, one of their agents in Pretoria in July 2022. He promised us certificates to prove that the roof of the house we were buying was serviced every two years and properley maintained with no leaks, so did the sellers. We requested this on numerous occasions and have WhatsApp messages and voice messages from him promising us that he will get it for us but never delivered. Now that the rain started pouring down we found that the roof have a massive leak and the roof was last serviced in 2014.... All he said is that we can send a mail to the attorneys if we want to but he cannot do anything??? He also said that the electric fence was serviced and parts was replaced with new ones, we got the electrician out for a fault and guess what, he said that he was only asked to test the fence to issue a COC an never replaced any parts. They make empty promises and don't deliver and now we have to enter into a lawsuit that can cost us thousands or end up repairing the roof and replacoir our damaged property up to the value of over R200k. They are probably not the only property agents that are just out to make a quick buck and doesn't really care about what they do to people but I will definitely not recommend anyone buying a house through them because of this.
