Bumped my car

I was bumped from behind by this company and they are refusing to provide me with the director's details and fixing my vehicle , the driver hit me from behind and their is footage that proves this. The manager Brian is beyond rude and feels as though I am harassing him when asking him valid questions on when my vehicle will be fixed.
