Uncomplete Packages

I made an order for an internal card reader order number #4498 on the 22 Jan 2022 and I requested and confirmed for my parcel to be received on the 26 Jan 2022. After waiting a frustrating week I received my parcel in a bad state where the plates was bent on both sides and NO connecting cable. This is the second time around with products from Cshop that made me unhappy where I do not receive everything included. The previous order forced me to drive to Midrand fetch the missing part from the supplier and problems with a mainboard where I had to rectify their mistake. I won't recommend anyone to them. So far bad experience all the way bad customer service. UNCOMPLETE PACKAGE FOR YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. BAD SERVICE LEVELS
