Shoddy service!!!!

Placed and paid for an order on Monday. Order 4600. Very poor service!!! Shocking to say the least! The sales agent sent the order will be processed within 24-48 hours from Monday. It is now Saturday. My item Dell thunderbolt docking station has still not been delivered yet alone couriered!! I still have no tracking number. As far as I am concerned this is really pathetic service!! There is also absolute no feedback from these people. This is the absolute pits!!! I would not recommend buying from this online store!!!!!!!!
