My worst nightmare happened when my laptop fell and my screen cracked. I was referred to CShop and upon speaking to their technical team, they arranged to have my laptop collected speedily and had it repaired in record time. I was constantly kept up to date and provided with courier details once the job was done and my laptop was returned to me. This is what I call Service.
