CSG Security guard does nothing while Toyota Hilux is ******

My Toyota Hilux was ****** out of an office park where CSG Security is providing the "security". The ***** tailgated the car in front and the CSG guard did nothing. I have been trying for days getting hold of CSG with no feedback (***; ***). Are their guards trustworthy? Does CSG top management actually care. Even after 3 days the guards still just open the booms for anyone coming for a "dropoff".
