C-Seaside Self Catering Accommodation ****!

I booked a vacation at C-Seaside Self Catering run by Chanien Manson after I searched online for a place which is pet friendly, I arranged to pay on a monthly basis, I starting getting suspicious when I did not get my receipts whenever my payments had been made, even though I attached my proof of payment every time. Her first excuse was that she is not at home now, as she was in Pretoria by her mother, at my second request she was in hospital; on my third request she was slow to send me the necessary receipts.I found her profile on FB and asked her again to please send me my receipts. I started worrying that this was a ****, and tried contacting her again to make sure if she was legit. My suspicion was right because she sent me a proof of 3 payments, but I have already made 6 payments, She also blocked me on Facebook and replies took forever from her side. I asked her to review her booklets and to repay my money because I am cancelling my stay due to poor service and uncer*****y, she agreed, but said my money will only be refunded at month end. (June 2018) At the beginning of the month I contacted her again, because i still haven't received my refund. I told her i will give her until the 9th or I will take on the case further. Today is the 13th and still no answer from Chanien Manson or C-Seaside Self Catering Accommodation?
