Disgusting *****ulant Cmpany

<p>I organised furniture to be delivered to Durban, when furniture was Collected in JHB was covered and put into a truck I was told it will be put into a closed truck shared load, with coverege of Insurance of R60,000.00 for breakage and hijacking etc. when arrived in DBN all the WHITE Couches were brown and full of grease, wet and torn and holes in couches it looks like the couches had been driven over as well as the sleeper couchers broken and split and torn as well as legs broken off,. The Headboard as well as side tables scratched with chips out of the wood, NO FIRDGE AND NO WEBBER BRAAI delivered - was told it will be delivered later STILL WAITING GONE never arrived !!!! all the furniture arrived in a open rent a trailer as NOT COVERED. WHen I contacted company I was very upset and wanted an explanation with regards to the damage he was so rude and said phone on Monday, when I did they slammed the phone down on me and refused to speak to me I then asked to speak to the owner or Manager they refused to put me through and told me to phone back which I did after 9H00 I cant get through to sort out the monies they owe me for the damages, also I had paid all the money up front and when I phone the company on ********** 765 and ********** 183 Lan line goes to voice mail no answer the cell number just rings no answer left messages. Then I get a call after on a no caller ID they hear my voice and cut me off</p> <p>I have sent over 20 mails asking for someone to contact me as well as sent damaged pictures on there mail but not replying either</p> <p>THis is going on for 2 weeks now.</p> <p>Please be carefull of this company</p> <p>They are ********** and *******</p>
