<p>We at Cs Removal & Supplies have attended to the customer for previous post as this customer was not refunded as she cancelled our services when truck was on there way to pick up address. </p> <p>As our policy states if customers cancels our services 2 days before there move we will gladly refund them.But if our truck is on the way to pick up point or at pick up point and customers cancels we will not refund deposit due to Diesel being used,Labour and loss of time as we could have been servicing another loyal customer.</p> <p>We hope this finds you well.</p> <p>Thank you for your support to all our loyal customers getting 5 Star service from our trained staff and fleet. </p> <p>Management </p>
